How it works

Your first schedule in three sentences.

When you sign up, you’re greeted by a conversation, not an empty screen. It asks; you answer.

01~15 min
Let me describe my team.

Introduce your team

How many of you are there, which shifts do you run, who holds which role? Type it or paste your Excel list, and your unit is set up.

02~5 min
These two are off, and not those days.

Add leave and requests

Leave, sick days, personal requests and your unit’s rules. Every sentence becomes a commitment the schedule keeps.

03~1 min
OK, publish it.

Review the draft and adjust it by hand or with another sentence. Approve it and share it with your team.

For organizations

For multi-site and large teams.

Supermarket and retail chains, hotels, restaurant groups, hospitals, factories, security and call-centre teams: build every site’s shift schedule with its own rules, in minutes. We do the setup for you, and you start with a free pilot in one location.

  • We do the setup

Send us your staff lists and shift patterns as spreadsheets and we set up your locations. Your managers build their first schedule on day one.

  • Each location, its own rules

Opening and closing cover, busy days, part-timers, weekly hour caps. Set up each site the way it really works; every draft follows those rules.

  • Fair, and you can show it

Nights, weekends and holidays are balanced person by person and shown in numbers, so “why am I always on?” has an answer.

  • Invoice billing, priced per team

One invoice, annual or monthly billing, volume discounts as you add locations. Our data processing agreement (DPA) is ready.

Free pilot: one location, 2–4 weeks

  1. We set up one of your locations with you; the team works from real schedules.
  2. We agree the yardstick up front: time spent on scheduling, fairness, last-minute changes.
  3. If it works, we roll out location by location. If not, you owe nothing.

FAQ

Ask away.

Question not here? Write to [email protected].

Is it hard to move over from Excel?

No. Paste your staff list into the chat or type it in. Describe how you work today and FasterShift sets up the same pattern; you don’t have to change your habits.

Are staff preferences taken into account?

Yes. Leave is always respected; requests like “not that day, if possible” are met as far as fairness allows. The schedule shows you which requests were met.

Can it follow our working-time rules?

Yes. Rest periods, limits on consecutive shifts, weekly hour caps and calls per month are all rules you can set. Add anything specific to your unit in one sentence. You decide which rules apply — FasterShift makes sure every draft keeps them.

How long does setup take?

About 15 minutes on average. As soon as you’ve described your team and shifts, your first draft is ready.

Is my data safe?

All connections are encrypted with SSL/TLS, your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure and can only be reached from your account. Our privacy policy is linked at the bottom of the page.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days with every feature, no credit card needed. Create your account and build your first schedule today. After the trial, Pro is $12 per team per month (local prices in many countries).
